Many hospitals have existing genetics departments that may be understaffed or may be ripe for modernizing their operations. By working with administrators, staff such as physicians and genetic counselors, and other internal stakeholders, we will evaluate existing programs and identify solutions to improve areas that may include patient wait times and scheduling, number of office visits, revenue generation, and job satisfaction.
